Greetings! I'm Tony Zappala, owner and broker of Boatshed St Pete. And I'm very proud to welcome you to our office. I've worked very hard to get where I am in life. And I didn't think things could get any better than living in paradise with my beautiful fiance on my Carver motoryacht. But now I've reached a true milestone with the opening of Boatshed St Pete! Having grown up on the New England coast, boating has certainly been a lifelong passion. And with my many years of entrepreneural and professional sales experience, opening my own yacht brokerage office was simply a given. It's taken me many years to find an opportunity such as Boatshed. But I was determined to do it right! No other yacht brokerage company even comes close to Boatshed! We are completely different. And people have certainly noticed. We truly are the "good guys" of this business! Boatshed is the only brokerage that allows you to sell your own boat while listed with us without ANY fee or commission! Our brokers personally interview the owner and personally visit the boat to take up to 70 professional photos. Potential buyers will know virtually everything they would want to know about a boat before ever stepping foot on her! That is why on average, most of our boats sell after only 2 viewings.
